Thinkat PE Sdn Bhd (previously known as Senturia Capital Sdn Bhd) is a private equity management corporation registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia. Their geographical reach is Asia Pacific region, but with primary focus in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. The Investment Manager’s strength lies in their team of professionals with diverse financial expertise and industry exposure, who deliver results to meet clients’ expectation. The Investment Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund and for the development and implementation of appropriate investment strategies. In relation hereto, the Investment Manager will send semi-annual report and annual report of the Fund to the Unit Holders.

We are committed to investing in established, financially sound companies seeking capital for expansion purposes. Additionally, we are open to investments in projects related to new product development, the broadening of marketing initiatives, or the exploration of new market segments.
Industry Consolidation Strategy
We intend to strategically invest in several SMEs within a specific industry and consider merging with relevant companies to maximize their value. This approach aims to harness economies of scale and boost profitability.
Secondary Investment Strategy
We will trade existing private equity investments by purchasing shares in funds or acquiring investment portfolios. This strategy aims to generate returns while preserving a low-risk profile.
Specialized Sector Investment Strategy

Secondary Investment Strategy
We will also buy and sell existing private equity investments. We will purchase shares in a private equity fund or by acquiring a portfolio of investments from another investor. This will help to generate returns without having additional risk.
Specialized Sector Investment Strategy
We will invest in companies that operate in a particular sector such as technology, ESG, and healthcare. As we have expertise or specialized knowledge in a particular sector, so that we can give them a competitive advantage in identifying investment opportunities and generating returns.
